User List
The User List has features like
1. View the list of active and deactivated users
- Confirmed: Confirm user registration
- Active: Activate / deactivate the user
2. Reset User Password
3. Edit role associated with the user
4. Admin can create a user for that instance and control the self-registration procedure for the instance
5. Admin can search and sort the list.
